Joyce referred to Food Stamp office to seek for Food Stamp benefits if eligible?
Joyce: Please help me, please help me. I am a widow with 3 kids and my husband died 8 years ago.
Case Worker: Could you please tell me how old your kids are?
Joyce: My oldest kid is 5 years old, my second kid is 3 years old and my last kid is 1 year old.
Case Worker got surprised and asked the widow; you told me that your husband died 8 years ago, then how comes, you have 5, 3 and 1 year old kids.
Widow: My husband died not me.
